I am an ordained minister, authorized to perform wedding ceremonies in the state of Texas.  I am ordained by the Universal Life Church.

I would be honored to help make your special day one to remember.

I am available evenings, or anytime on weekends.  I am willing to travel within a 50 mile radius of Palestine, Texas.

You will need to provide your own venue and music.  We can use your own vows, or traditional vows, if you prefer.

My rates vary, depending on the amount of work required to make your wedding day memorable.

Individual needs and tastes vary with each couple, and I do my best to accommodate any request made.  Weddings may be held virtually anywhere – parks, private homes, work places, hospitals, jails or prisons, even in a parking lot.  I am available for elopements, and last minute weddings.

Texas law does state that couples  who desire to marry must provide a valid wedding license.  There is a 72 hour waiting period before a ceremony can be performed, and the license is valid for 90 days.  Both individuals who wish to be married must provide valid photo ID.

I can provide wireless audio equipment which will provide your guests with the ability to clearly hear your entire ceremony for an additional charge.   Pre-selected music may be played through this equipment before, during , and after the ceremony if desired.

A contract  for my services, signed by both parties , along with a non-refundable retainer fee will be required to reserve a specific date.  Full payment must be received no later than 3 weeks before the agreed upon wedding date.  Any last minute charges for additional services must be paid for before the wedding license is signed.  I do not accept personal checks.  Payments may be made by credit or debit card, cashier’s check, or through Flint.

Please contact me at your convenience to discuss your plans!  Call 903-681-1073, or email info@expnotarysvc.com

A deposit will be required up front, and in some cases, depending on the date requested, full payment may be required upon appointment confirmation.  Total amount of fees must be paid before the ceremony.
