A Notary Public is a public officer appointed under authority of State law who has the power under the law to administer an oath, to certify affidavits and to take acknowledgments. Documents and signatures are authenticated by recognition of the notary's signature and stamp being affixed to the document. The role of the Notary Public is to prevent fraud and forgery. The notary acts as an official and unbiased witness to the identity of a person who comes before the notary for a specific purpose. The Notary Public thus plays an important role in commercial and legal transactions.
I am able to notarize many types of documents, and travel to your desired location. I will meet you in your home, at a lawyer's office or other business, and also will perform notarizations in jail settings, nursing homes, and hospitals.
I offer service to clients in the following counties: Anderson, Henderson, Smith, Houston, Kaufman, Leon, Navarro, Freestone, Cherokee, Limestone, and Van Zandt.
I have a dual tray laser printer to insure that any documents that need to be printed are done so in a professional manner.
I have a professional demeanor and appearance and I am punctual and dependable. I carry $100,000 in Notary Error & Omissions insurance, and $75,000 / $150,000 in Signing Agent Error & Omission insurance.
